At UGREEN NAS, we stand by the quality of our storage solutions and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your NAS device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Device

  Back up your data and perform a factory reset to wipe all personal information, then pack the device securely in its original packaging with all accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location to be sent to our quality inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
